- The bedrooms include provision for future installation of 250 kg ceiling hoists, with engineered structure and power included for hoist support. This makes the home well suited to participants with higher physical support needs.
Safe, Private and Purpose-Built for Daily Routines
- Each participant has access to their own accessible ensuite, helping support privacy, dignity, and independence in daily routines.
- The bathrooms include
- Step-free showers, accessible circulation space, reinforced walls for future grabrail installation, slip-resistant flooring, accessible fittings
- The bathroom layouts are designed to allow support workers to assist safely when needed while still maintaining a comfortable residential feel.
- An accessible WC with a shower is also included, opening off the OOA room through a sliding door.
