Straight Answers, Fast
You're carrying a caseload and a participant who needs somewhere to live. What you need from a provider is an honest yes or no, quickly, not a brochure.

Working with SIL
We Don't Bundle Housing and Support
We're the landlord. Your participant keeps whichever SIL provider they choose, and if that relationship changes later, their housing doesn't go with it.
In practice that means we coordinate directly with the SIL provider on enrolment, rosters and site access, so the handover isn't something you have to project-manage.
One Neighbour, Not a Household
Two independent homes on one title means compatibility matters far less than it does in group SDA. A placement that would be risky in a five-bedroom house is often workable here.
Onsite Overnight Assistance Built In
Every two-home build includes an onsite overnight assistance (OOA) room, so support is there overnight without taking over anyone's private space. Ask how it is arranged in a particular home and we'll send the floor plan.
Where We List
Our vacancies appear on Housing Hub, GoNest and realestate.com.au, but we flag matches to coordinators before they go up.
What you get from us
Four Things, Consistently
A Direct Line to Our Own Team
Not a call centre and not a generic inbox: you deal with our own team, who know the homes.
Vacancies Flagged Before They're Listed Publicly
If something matches a participant you've told us about, you hear before it goes on the listing sites.
Documents on Request, Usually Same Day
Floor plans, measured specifications, the SDA design certification, enrolment paperwork, whatever you need to put the case together.
A Straight Answer When a Home Won't Suit
We'd rather lose the enquiry than waste a viewing. If it's wrong for your participant, we'll say so.
Documentation
Everything You Need to Make the Case
Ask and we'll send it, usually same day. We'd rather you had too much detail than have a participant view a home that was never going to suit.
