How We Work
As a family-run business we hold ourselves to integrity, respect, determination, accountability, simplicity and continuous improvement.
In practice, that means if something goes wrong you can speak to someone who can actually fix it.
Behind the team
We Build, Manage and Maintain
We collaborate with builders, architects and industry professionals to create purpose-built homes, and work alongside SIL providers and government agencies to keep every home compliant and functional.
We also run property management and maintenance ourselves, which is why a fault gets fixed rather than forwarded. More about how we got here.
Design and Construction
We work with builders and architects on purpose-built homes rather than retrofitting stock housing.
Property Management
Maintenance is handled in-house, so a repair request reaches someone who can act on it.
Compliance
An accredited assessor reviews every design before construction begins, and the finished home is certified at the final as-built stage.
Custom Builds
Where nothing existing suits, we can secure land and build to a participant's specific needs.
