• 25 Henlix Court is a two-participant home certified at the Final As-Built stage under the Robust design category. It suits participants who do well in a durable, lower-stress home that is still theirs to make their own.
• The single-storey layout gives each participant a clearly defined private area, with their own bedroom, ensuite and robe.
• Robust features include high-impact internal wall linings, solid-core doors, sound insulation to the participant bedrooms, step-free movement, slip-resistant flooring and security features.

Living Areas

• The family, meals and kitchen areas form the main shared space, a comfortable place to eat, relax, spend time together or see visitors.
• The family area opens directly onto the covered alfresco.
• Dimmable lighting in the living areas and bedrooms, and consistently placed switches and power points, make everyday use simpler.

A Breakout Room

• A separate breakout room gives residents somewhere to go besides their bedroom when they want time away from the main living area.
• In a Robust home, having a different space to step into can ease the pressure of shared living. It suits quiet activities, rest or time to reset.

Two Private Retreats

• Each bedroom has its own robe and direct access to a private ensuite. Sound insulation helps keep each bedroom calm.
• Durable finishes, high-impact wall linings, solid-core doors and lockable windows meet the Robust design while keeping the rooms homely.

The Kitchen

Overnight Support

• The OOA room is at the front of the home, away from the two participant bedrooms and the family area, and has its own external access. Staff can come and go without passing through the residents' living spaces.

• The covered alfresco connects with the family and meals area, with step-free, level access, including wheelchair access through the rear door.
• External sensor lighting adds visibility after dark, and side and rear fencing give the yard privacy.
